Shipping information

Delivery in Russia

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during the holidays and sale periods. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.

International Shipping Policies

If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination.

Europe: DHL - up to 5 days; Russian Post - 15 to 30 days
Asia: DHL - up to 6 days; Russian Post - from 15 to 35 days
CIS: DHL - up to 5 days; Russian Post - up to 15 days
North America: DHL - up to 6 days; Russian Post - 10 to 30 days
Latin America: DHL - up to 5 days; Russian Post - from 15 to 35 days

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

Return policy 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy

The return of the product is possible within 14 days in the original packaging with the receipt. After verification, we will send a notification of approval or rejection of the refund. Upon approval, the funds will be returned to your card. If the refund is not received, check the invoice, contact the bank or email us shop@outlaw.ru . Replacement of the product is possible only in case of defect or damage. The delivery of the returned product is carried out at your expense.
